TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read carefully before commissioning!
BASIC TERMS
> I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.> I will do commissions in the order in which I am inspired to do so, NOT first-come-first-served. This is to ensure that I produce a product that is satisfactory for everyone involved.> I will no longer issue refunds after the sketch has been approved and the lining/painting process has begun. If you need a refund, please contact me before the sketch has been completed.> Commissions may take upwards of 2 months (after recieving payment) to complete depending on my living circumstances. This may increase as more of my time is taken up by university.> I will keep in contact with the commissioner as regularly as possible to give updates on progress. If I have been quiet for a while please feel free to give me a nudge and ask how it's going, but please don't try to rush me if it is not nearing the aforementioned 2 months since payment was finalised.
USAGE RIGHTS
> As the commissioner, you have the right to use the finished piece (and any work-in-progress images I send you) in any way, given it is NOT for commercial use. For example: you can upload my work to Toyhouse/ArtFight, use it as your icon, etc.> If you wish to use my artwork for commercial use (merch, stickers, charms etc.) please consult me beforehand.> You may NOT claim my work as your own, or share the unwatermarked version of your commission without crediting me in the description.> Under no circumstances are you permitted to create an NFT or any form of cryptocurrency from my work. If you are caught going against this rule, you will be blacklisted and artists in my circle will be warned.
PAYMENT
> I only accept payment through VGen or PayPal. Exceptions can be made for friends or family, but not strangers.> I will only begin working on a commission once I've recieved payment. I am willing to take half upfront and half after completing the commission if you are uncomfortable paying in full upfront.> I will edit the sketch and lineart (if applicable) as many times as necessary for free. Any edits after the piece's completion will range in price depending on complexity (£5-£20+)> All prices are listed in GBP (£), not USD ($). Please pay attention to conversion rates when ordering.> Tips are greatly appreciated, but not required!
